Pet Policy, Terms and Conditions
At the Winnock Hotel, we understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in specific areas of our hotel. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
1. Dog-Friendly Rooms
- Dogs are only permitted in designated dog-friendly rooms.
- These rooms must be reserved in advance to ensure availability.
- A cleaning fee of £10.00 per dog, per night will apply for guests staying with dogs.
2. Areas Where Dogs Are Allowed
- Lounge and Bar: Dogs are welcome to accompany guests in these areas.
- Rooms: Dogs must remain within the designated dog-friendly rooms.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead or in a carrier when in common areas.
3. Areas Where Dogs Are Not Permitted
- Restaurant: For the comfort and hygiene of all guests, dogs (except registered guide dogs) are not permitted in the restaurant.
- Function Rooms and Event Spaces: Dogs are not allowed in function rooms or any spaces used for events, including but not limited to:
- Private functions
- Group lunches or dinners
- ‘Murder Mystery’ nights
- Party events (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
- Weddings, conferences, or any other group gatherings
4. Guide Dogs
- Registered guide dogs, service dogs, or assistance dogs are permitted throughout the entire hotel, including the restaurant and function rooms.
- No additional fees or restrictions apply to registered guide dogs.
5. General Dog Guidelines
- Owners are responsible for the behaviour of their dog(s) during their stay.
- Dogs must be well-behaved and should not cause any disturbances or damage to hotel property.
- Any damage caused by a dog will incur a fee for repairs or cleaning.
- We kindly ask that owners clean up after their dogs in all areas of the hotel.
6. Health and Safety
- For the safety of our guests and staff, any aggressive or poorly controlled dogs may be asked to leave the premises.
- Dogs should never be left unattended in rooms or in any public areas of the hotel.
7. Hotel's Right to Refuse Entry
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to dogs that do not comply with the terms and conditions outlined above.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines. Our goal is to ensure that all guests, with or without pets, have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
