Secretarial Services
We are delighted to offer a range of secretarial services which can be provided in house from transcription to research, accommodation and flight bookings. We charge £15 per hour for this service and require 48 hours notice prior to the services being required.

- Printing & document collation
- Forward travel arrangements
- Fax/telephone Communication
Terms & Conditions
The following terms & conditions apply to all corporate reservations:
Written confirmation of your booking along with a deposit of £200 must be received within 14 days of the provisional booking and this constitutes a firm reservation. Failure to confirm the booking within the stated time may result in cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable
Provisional delegate numbers, along with any dietary or special requirements and the running order for the day must be received no later than 7 days before your meeting or conference
Notice of final numbers must be given at least 48 hours prior to your meeting or conference. This is the number which will be charged to your account.
